🔐 Dedicated instance

An instance exclusively for your company

Whatever hosting option you choose—our data centres, a dedicated server, or on-premise—Klytic Docs runs on an instance dedicated to your company: your files are never stored alongside those of any other customer.

🔑

Your own encryption key

Each instance encrypts its data with its own unique key, which is not shared with any other instance.

💻

Computer, phone, browser

Teams can access their folders everywhere: synced to the workstation, in the mobile app, and via the browser.

✍️

Multi-user editing

Text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations open in the browser and can be edited together, at the same time, without sending attachments.

👁️

Everyone only sees what concerns them

Permissions by user, group, and folder: each employee accesses only the documents within their scope.

EDM classifies, gets approvals, then retains

Example with a supplier invoice:

1

Submitted

The invoice is uploaded to Klytic Docs from a computer, phone, or the browser.

2

Approved

It is automatically routed to the person who must validate it, who approves or rejects it.

3

Filed

Once approved, it is filed in the correct folder and retained, ready to be found again.
