Klytic is published and operated by Dedicace Software, an independent French company. We are not an overlay on an American service: the platform is ours.
Since 2018, US authorities can request access to data managed by an American company, even if hosted in Europe. Klytic does not fall within this scope.
No advertising, no profiling, no data resale. Your emails and documents serve your activity, nothing else.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is provided to you upon signing, including a list of processing activities, potential subprocessors, and retention periods.
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time in standard formats, and for 30 days after the contract ends; it is then deleted from our infrastructures.
Availability
99.9% commitment on Klytic Cloud, up to 99.95% on a dedicated instance, with continuous monitoring.
Backups
Daily backups, retained for 30 days, with on-demand restoration.
Encryption
Encryption of exchanges between your workstations and the platform, and encryption of data at rest.

Yes. Switching from the shared cloud to a dedicated instance, or to your own servers, is possible.
Your users, and the administrators you designate. On Klytic's side, technical access is limited to operational and support activities, named and logged.
You are free to migrate your data to another service. You can also benefit from our support.
This is possible: Klytic MTA can secure emails in general. Some features may be limited or not applicable.
