Terms of Service – Klytic Tel

Version dated September 29, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the specific conditions for using the Klytic Tel service and supplement the Service Provider's General Terms and Conditions.

2. Professional and Lawful Use

Klytic Tel is intended for professional electronic communications use.

The Client agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and, in particular, not to use it for fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or unlawful communications.

The Client is responsible for communications made through their accounts, numbers, equipment, and access.

It is the Client's responsibility to comply with rules applicable to commercial prospecting, the recording of communications where used, personal data protection, and communication confidentiality.

3. Accounts, Access, and Telephones

Each user must have individual access where the service allows.

Identifiers, codes, passwords, PINs, recovery codes, and other authentication elements are strictly confidential.

They must never be shared with an unauthorized third party.

The Client must immediately report any loss, theft, or compromise of equipment or authentication means.

Accounts and access for employees leaving the company or who should no longer use the service must be deactivated without delay.

4. Numbers and Communications

The Client is responsible for the use of numbers assigned to them or used within the framework of the service.

The Client agrees not to use the service to circumvent restrictions imposed by operators or applicable regulations.

Any massive, automated, or atypical use of communications may be subject to technical analysis to preserve the quality and security of the service.

5. Capacity and Scaling

The Client chooses the number of users and the capacities corresponding to their needs.

For dedicated instances and dedicated servers, resources are estimated based on the declared number of users.

A large number of external users, heavy traffic, intensive use, or features that consume significant resources may require infrastructure scaling.

Any increase in resources or specific service provision may be subject to a quote.

Reducing the number of users or subscribed resources is subject to a preliminary study to verify technical feasibility and may result in infrastructure modifications.

6. Conferences and Intensive Use

Audio or video conference features are scaled according to the offer and subscribed resources.

Organizing conferences with a large number of participants, particularly external ones, or intensive use of these features may require increased resources or a specific configuration.

These adaptations may be subject to a quote.

7. Security

The Client must maintain their equipment, applications, and access systems in an appropriate state of security.

Specifically, the Client must protect terminals against malware, keep software up to date, and use strong passwords.

When multi-factor authentication is available, it must be prioritized for administrative accounts.

8. Suspension

The Service Provider may take any necessary measures when use of the service poses a risk to the security, availability, or integrity of the service, infrastructure, or third parties.

9. Liability

The Client is responsible for communications made by their users and the consequences of using their accounts and access.

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from a failure to secure equipment, an account, or access under the Client's responsibility.

10. Acceptance

Subscribing to Klytic Tel constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
